Multiple outlook profiles at same time

I have 5 Gmail accounts. I want to use MS Outlook for those.

How can I run those accounts at the same time with MS Outlook?

Click through the menu options from File -> Account Settings (twice) -> New and add each account one at a time.

• I'm using MS Outlook 2016.

• I created 5 Free Secure Email Certificate for those accounts. I setup successfully in Thunderbird with separate CA for 5 accounts.

• But 1 profile outlook with many IMAP accounts cannot do that (S/MIME option).

• So I want to run 1 Outlook profile with 1 IMAP account to resolve that problem. 5 profiles for 5 accounts.
• Other better way to do that?
