Email I send from my gmail account, to people with a @telus.net are not being received. I do not get a notice that this is happening.
Mail sent to @buccaneercontracting.com is being rejected as SPAM, and I do get a notice that this happened.
How to I fix this?

There isn't much you can do from a free Gmail account to Telus if you're not getting any kind of bounce message back to your spam folder since you don't have access to the outgoing mail logs. You'll need to try sending from another email service.

For the second one, what is the bounce message? Again, most likely nothing you can do about it, but at least we can help you determine the "why".

Try removing the spf2 record for sender-ID and leave just the regular SPF record in your DNS:

;; ANSWER SECTION:
abccomm.com. 3600 IN TXT "spf2.0/pra"
abccomm.com. 3600 IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:204.239.167.0/24 ip4:64.114.35.0/24 a mx ~all"

It's good that I don't see 204.239.167.87on any blacklists.

It's bad that there doesn't appear to be much of a sending reputation - https://senderscore.org/lookup.php?lookup=204.239.167.87&ipLookup=Go

Is that something that only needs to be changed once? And I am not sure how to do that.
I am still trying to determine why my gmail messages are being rejected.
