The company I work for has gmail addresses and fast host domain for website, emails and email forwarder

I would like to know how can I pair them as gmail is giving me repeat error. Is there any procedure to follow?

What are the errors that you are getting from Gmail?

Is the problem that you web host can't forward email to the Gmail account?

If yes, have you tried having the Gmail account download email from the other host instead of forwarding from the other host?

What I'm trying to do is to forward the email from our domain name@4klondon.com to our gmail account with the same name (name.4klondon@gmail.com) and use the gmail account to send emails as our domain mail address

What I did was to create an email name@4klondon.com on our fasthost server.
Then created name.4klondon@gmail.com.

I've been told to add an account alias on gmail by adding the name@4klondon.com into the settings but when asked to put SMTP, Username and Password I get: wrong username/password or your other email provider is responding too slowly.

I think I'm missing an authorization or a way to let the two account comunicate with each other. I setup easly the forwarder but I can do the alias on google.
