Receiving forwarded emails as attachments. When clicking on the attachment the options presented in gmail are View Text and Download. View Text is mostly unreadable and can't display images. Download states that it is an unknown file type so it doesn't know how to open it. If I knew the file type I would simply assign the appropriate program to it. How do I open these forwarded email attachments?
