Hello,

The following are the directions for deleting your cache in several common web browsers:

Chrome:
  • Use the keyboard shortcut Control-Shift-Delete
Internet Explorer 7
  • From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  • Choose the General tab.
  • Under Browsing history, click Delete
  • Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files
  • Click Close, and then click OK to exit.
Firefox 3 for Windows

  • From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data
  • Check Cache and then Clear Private Data Now
Firefox 3 for Mac OS X
  • From the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data.
  • Check Cache and then click Clear Private Data Now
Safari
  • From the Safari menu select Empty Cache.
  • When prompted, click Empty to confirm that you want to empty the cache

My Firefox is 14.0.01, so it does not have any of the same wording as your ff 3.
It seems like I have working on this computer for weeks and it just won't go any where. I have had techs out to the house and they really louse it up. Is there a chance I have too many programs on it or some that may be making it slow? Is there anyway I can get that info to you? Thanks. My computer is about the only link to the outside world I have, so I want it good!!!!:thanks:
I think I can send you copies of things as a "capture" since you have an attachment clip.

Hello,

Ctrl-F5 only refreshes the current page (and related cache)

It does not delete your entire web cache for all sites that have been visited.

I think CTRL+F5 would be helpful for clearing the cache files of browsers or simply type PREFETCH in command prompt
