Default Re: Spam problem

Hello,

Sending From: your address or domain is a spammer trick to try and get spam into your inbox.

It is best not to have any white lists that whitelist mail from yourself or your domain name.

Is your MDaemon configured to use any RBL blacklists?

Here is some information on configuring MDaemon:

MDaemon :: DNS Black Lists (DNS-BL)

Some of the RBL's in that example are no longer in server.

Clear the list and add zen.spamhaus.org

If you continue to many spam emails please post the full email headers from a couple of them and we can help you find additional ways to block the emails that are getting past the SpamHaus RBL.
