Like Mail-Chimp but no subscribers

Hi All,

We are looking for an email solution like mail-chimp however we do not have subscribers. We send out emails to magazine editors (which is standard in our industry) but no one has subscribed to receive our email article pitches.

Our email is correctly showing as having a bad reputation (but is not classed as sending spam_ as we do get a lot of bounced emails due to editors changing all the time etc.

We also always send the emails as mail-merges, with the editors name and magazine name added to the text.

Does anyone know of a solution for us?

How many editors are on your list?

If it's not many, maybe you have a different problem with your IP, for example a form on a web site getting used to send spam.

We have about 6000 editors but mainly we would send to just 100/200 at a time. One of the databases we use very rarely, last time we used it to all 3000 emails, we got back loads of returned emails.

I think I'm the problem rather than anyone else.

Make sure you remove all of the emails that bounce from your mailing list. A large percentage of returned emails will cause lots of problems for you. They will flag you as a spammer.
