Default SPF Records

Hello,

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records are a way for you to publish what sources should be allowed to send e-mail as from your domain name.

For example, I created the following SPF record for EmailQuestions.com:

Quote:
emailquestions.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 a mx ?all"
My record says that I expect that mail from EmailQuestions.com should come from the web/mail server for EmailQuestions.com, but that it may also come from other places too. I allow it to come from other places too since I frequently send e-mail as myself through my ISP's mail servers, and also from the mail servers at my day job. I'm not a fan of SPF records since they do not work for all people and situations. SPF records have existed for many years now so at this point I've created the record simply so I don't fail DNS checks that are expecting the record to exist.

To create an SPF record for your domain please use the SPF Wizard.
