Re: Status of e-mails
Hello,
Read and Received (usually called Delivery) receipts are slightly different. A delivery receipt lets you know that the email was accepted by the destination mail server, and a read receipt lets you know that the recipient has opened the email. Please note that delivery and read receipts to do not work with all servers and programs, you can not rely on them to be positive that an email has been delivered and/or read.
